Michael J. Clarke
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Clarke was named President & Chief Executive Officer of Nortek and appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in December 2011. For the previous seven years, he served as Group President, Integrated Network Solutions at Flextronics International, Ltd., a publicly traded, global provider of design and electronics manufacturing services to a wide range of end markets. From 1999 to 2005 he served as President & General Manager at Sanmina-SCI Corporation, and prior to that he held progressively senior positions at Devtek Corporation and Hawker Siddely. Mr. Clarke has more than twenty-five years of senior executive, business development and operational experience managing global companies in a myriad of industries, including electronics, telecommunications, industrial, aerospace and automotive. He was educated as a Mechanical Engineer at Bradford Polytechnic, England, with enhanced professional development programs from University of Western Ontario and Columbia University.
Kevin W. Donnelly
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Mr. Donnelly was promoted to Senior Vice President in September 2011. He joined Nortek as Associate General Counsel in 1988 and was promoted to Vice President & General Counsel & Secretary in 1989. Prior to Nortek, he served as in-house counsel for Exxon Corporation and The Yankee Companies. Mr. Donnelly is a graduate of Boston College (undergraduate and law school) and the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Almon C. Hall
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hall was promoted to Senior Vice President in September 2011, and has been the Chief Financial Officer since February 2002. He joined Nortek in 1977 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President – Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in 1980. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Hall worked as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a graduate of New Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Business Science degree.
Sean P. Burke
Group President, Technology Solutions
Mr. Burke joined Nortek as Group President of its Technology Solutions segment in February 2012. He most recently served as President of FlexComputing at Flextronics International, Ltd. He previously held senior management positions at Iomega Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation. Mr. Burke holds a Bachelor of Business degree in International Marketing from the University of North Texas, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School.
David J. LaGrand
Group President, Residential Heating & Cooling
Mr. LaGrand is Group President of Nortek’s Residential Heating & Cooling segment. He has been with Nortek’s subsidiary in this segment, Nordyne, for over twenty years serving as President since 1997 and CEO beginning in 2001. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Mr. LaGrand graduated from Hope College in 1974 with a BA in Business Administration, and from Michigan State University with an MBA in Marketing in 1976.
David L. Pringle
Group President, Residential Ventilation
Mr. Pringle has served as Group President of Nortek’s Residential Ventilation segment since 2003. Prior to joining Nortek, he worked for Emerson Electric Co. for sixteen years, where he was President of Emerson Tool Company. Mr. Pringle attended the University of Michigan, graduating with a BS in Psychology as well as receiving his MBA from Duke University.
Eric R. Roberts
Group President, Custom & Engineered Solutions
Mr. Roberts has served as Group President of Nortek’s Custom & Engineered Solutions segment since 2008. Prior to joining Nortek, he spent eleven years with McQuay as Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of McQuay Americas from 2000 to 2008, General Manager of the Applied Air Handling business from 1998 to 2000, and Director – Marketing 1997-1998. Prior to McQuay, Mr. Roberts spent fourteen years with Cummins Engine Company in a range of functional and management positions, including time with Cummins SA de CV, based in Mexico, and Cummins Power Generation. He currently serves on the Board of the Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Mr. Roberts received an MBA from Yale University in 1982, and a BA from Michigan State University in 1979.
Peter R. Segar, Ph.D
Group President, Display Mount Solutions
Dr. Segar has served as Group President of Nortek’s Display Mounts Solutions segment since January 2013. He has been with Nortek’s subsidiary in this segment, Ergotron, since 2004, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Ergotron-Branded products until his promotion to President of Ergotron-Branded products in 2010. Prior to Ergotron, he served in various management positions for Seagate Technology from 1994 to 2004. He began his career with IBM’s Storage Systems Division in 1989. Dr. Segar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Colorado.
Michael H. Botelho
Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations
Mr. Botelho has been a Vice President at Nortek since August 2012. He has been with Nortek since 1996, starting as a Financial Analyst and most recently serving as Senior Manager, Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Nortek, he was an auditor with Price Waterhouse. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Botelho is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Accounting.
Timothy J. Burling
Vice President, Operational Finance
Mr. Burling joined Nortek as the Vice President, Operational Finance in March 2012. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Burling spent twelve years at Flextronics International, a global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, most recently serving as Vice President – Finance, Integrated Network Solutions group. Prior to Flextronics, he spent more than twenty-five years in various manufacturing and operational finance roles, including a period as a factory general manager for Dover Corporation, manufacturing electronic components. Mr. Burling graduated from Keble College, Oxford in 1980 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In 1983, he gained his Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Scott B. Campbell
Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer
Mr. Campbell joined Nortek as Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer in October 2012. He has more than twenty years of supply chain management experience. Prior to joining Nortek, he served as Operating Partner at SK Capital. Prior to SK Capital, he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for W.R. Grace & Co. Before joining W.R. Grace, he was the Director of Global Indirect Materials and Services with Polaroid Corporation. Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
Robert J. Casagrande
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Casagrande joined Nortek as the Vice President & Chief Information Officer in September 2012. Prior to joining Nortek, he served as Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Rexel Holdings USA since 2006. Prior to this, he served at General Electric for sixteen years in Engineering and Information Technology positions. Mr. Casagrande is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic.
Thomas H. Dougherty
Vice President, Operational Strategy
Mr. Dougherty has served as a Vice President with Nortek since October 2008. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Dougherty held leadership roles at the Raytheon Company where he served as Managing Director of Service & Support, International Operations. Prior to Raytheon, he served at Lennox International as Vice President & General Manager of its aftermarket business. Previously to Lennox, he served at United Technologies, where he was Vice President & General Manager, leading the aftermarket business for Carrier Refrigeration Operations. He also served in the U.S. Army for seven years as an infantry officer. Mr. Dougherty graduated with a BA in Economics from the Catholic University of America and received his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Kris R. Holla
Vice President & Chief Sales Officer, Data Center Products
Mr. Holla joined Nortek as Vice President & Chief Sales Officer, Data Center Products in December 2012. He has over twenty-seven years of global experience in a wide range of industries largely focused on Data Centers, Computing, and Telecommunications. Prior to joining Nortek, he served as Chief Sales Officer at TALIS Group. Prior to TALIS Group, Mr. Holla was President and CEO of NxGen Modular. In addition, he worked for ten years as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for a division of Emerson Electric’s Network Power business. Mr. Holla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Engineering in India and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University. In addition, he has completed executive education courses at several top U.S. business schools including Stanford Graduate School of Business and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Julie L. McGwin
Vice President, Treasury Operations
Ms. McGwin has served as Vice President, Treasury Operations since November 2013. She had previously served as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Treasurer since September 2012. She joined Nortek as Treasury Manager in December 1990. She became Manager, Treasury Services & Retirement Plans in 1991 until her promotion to Assistant Treasurer in 1998. Prior to joining Nortek, she worked at GTECH in various treasury-related functions. Ms. McGwin holds an MBA in Finance from Providence College and a BA from the University of Rhode Island.
Donald M. Moseley
Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Moseley joined Nortek as Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2012. He has more than twenty years of broad-based human resources experience. Prior to joining Nortek, he previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources Operations and Transformation at Invensys. Prior to joining Invensys in 2009, he spent ten years at Cardinal Health in positions of increasing responsibility in talent management, organization development, operations and transformation. Mr. Moseley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Augustana College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Lake Forest School of Management.
Denise M. Nemchev
Vice President, Business Transformation
Ms. Nemchev joined Nortek as Vice President, Business Transformation in April 2013. Prior to joining Nortek, she served as Vice President, Product and Strategic Marketing at Stanley Black & Decker, where she held roles of increasing responsibility for twenty years, including nearly ten years as a President of several global business units. Ms. Nemchev holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Andrew W. Prete
Vice President, Business Development, Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary
Mr. Prete has been Vice President, Business Development, Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary since September 2011. He has been with Nortek since February 2001, starting as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Nortek, he was an Associate in the corporate department of the law firm of Adler, Pollock & Sheehan. Mr. Prete is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Roger Williams University School of Law.
Donald W. Reilly
Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Reilly joined Nortek as Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in November 2011. He is a senior financial professional with over thirty years of diversified experience in manufacturing, technology, financial services and a variety of specialized industries. He came to Nortek from Evergreen Solar Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Reilly held senior level roles with GTECH Corporation, Amtrol, Inc., A.T. Cross Company and Ernst & Young. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Providence College.
